Terms & Conditions

AuraWed is operated by AuraSync Technologies, LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of the AuraWed website, Couple Portal, Couple Website, planning features, attendance tracking, document storage, photo uploads and optional guest confirmation services.

By using AuraWed, purchasing a package, submitting a form, creating a portal, uploading content or requesting guest confirmation services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services

AuraWed provides wedding planning and attendance features, including private Couple Portals, wedding information, live attendance tracking, seating charts, budget tracking, checklists, day-of timelines, catering menus, document and photo storage, Couple Websites and online attendance confirmation.

Features may vary by package.

Guest Confirmation Services

Text message and voice-call guest confirmation campaigns are optional and may be invoiced separately. Couples select either text messages or voice calls.

By requesting guest confirmation services, you confirm that you have permission to provide guest names, phone numbers and wedding details for attendance-related communication.

AuraWed may track statuses such as attending, not attending, undecided, pending, no response, left voicemail, wrong number or do not contact.

We do not guarantee that every guest will answer, respond or confirm attendance.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate wedding, guest, billing and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your guest list, portal information, uploaded files and website content for accuracy.

You agree not to upload harmful, illegal, offensive, private or unauthorized content.

Uploaded Content

You may upload documents, images, guest information, wedding details and other content into AuraWed. You remain responsible for the content you upload.

By uploading content, you allow AuraWed to store, display and process that content as needed to provide the service.

Payments

AuraWed packages are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Optional guest confirmation campaigns, setup help, custom work, communication usage costs or access extensions may be invoiced separately.

Access Period

Each package includes portal access through six months after the wedding date. After the access period ends, portal access, hosted pages, files or stored data may be removed or disabled.

Couples are responsible for downloading any documents, photos, guest lists or exports they wish to keep.

Third-Party Services

AuraWed may use third-party providers for hosting, communications, payments, automation, storage, analytics, maps and related services.

AuraWed is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, carrier filtering, delivery failures, pricing changes or platform limitations.
