Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to AuraWed packages, Couple Portal access, Couple Websites, setup services, optional guest confirmation campaigns and related wedding planning services provided by AuraSync Technologies, LLC.

One-Time Package Payments

AuraWed packages are sold as one-time payments. Because portal access, setup, account provisioning and digital services may begin shortly after purchase, package payments are non-refundable once access has been created or setup has begun.

Setup and Custom Work

Setup, onboarding, portal configuration, Couple Website customization, guest list importing, data cleanup and custom service fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Guest Confirmation Campaigns

Text message and voice-call guest confirmation campaigns are billed separately when selected.

Communication costs, call usage, text usage, carrier fees and completed campaign work are non-refundable.

AuraWed does not guarantee that every guest will answer, respond or confirm attendance.

Upgrades

Couples may upgrade their package and pay the difference. Upgrade payments are non-refundable once the upgrade is activated or work has begun.

Cancellations

You may choose to stop using AuraWed at any time. Cancellation or non-use does not create a refund for previously paid services.

Portal access may remain available through six months after the wedding date unless access is terminated for non-payment, misuse or violation of our Terms.

Data Access

Couples are responsible for downloading guest lists, documents, photos, exports and other files they wish to keep before access ends.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if approved in writing by AuraSync Technologies, LLC.
