• Budget, checklist, timeline, catering and seating details

How We Use Information

• Create and manage your Couple Portal
• Display wedding details on your Couple Website
• Track guest attendance responses
• Organize seating, catering, documents, photos and planning information
• Provide optional text or voice-call guest confirmation services

Guest Information

Guest information is used only to support wedding-related services requested by the couple, such as attendance confirmation, guest list management, seating, catering and website responses.

We do not sell guest information.

SMS and Call Communications

If guest confirmation services are requested, AuraWed may contact guests by text message or voice call for wedding-related attendance confirmation.

Guests may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent records are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to deliver AuraWed services.

Uploaded Photos and Documents

Photos, documents and files uploaded by couples or guests may be stored inside the Couple Portal or Document & Photo Hub.

Couples are responsible for managing, reviewing, downloading or deleting uploaded content during their access period.

Sharing Information

We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate AuraWed, including hosting, storage, payment processing, communications, analytics, automation, customer support and security providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, guests, systems or services.

Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and support security.

Portal access is included through six months after the wedding date unless otherwise agreed.
